Negotiation & Conversation Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Negotiating costs with customers independently or under the direction of the sales manager where necessary.
2. Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
3. Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable.
4. Dealing with queries, and exhibiting the highest standards of customer service at all times.
5. Maintaining an appropriate level of system expertise, procedures, service, and systems.
6. Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.
