Network Engineering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on network management & troubleshooting: assist in managing & maintaining our computer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, & wireless access points; identify and resolve network-related issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability
2. Work on automation & scripting: collaborate with the team to automate manual processes & tasks using scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell; develop scripts to streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance overall system performance
3. Work on cloud computing: gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; assist in deploying and managing applications, configuring virtual machines, & optimizing cloud resources
4. Contribute to the implementation & maintenance of DevOps practices and tools; assist in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes, source code management & automated testing
5. Work on infrastructure monitoring: assist in monitoring the performance, availability, and security of our systems and networks; help set up monitoring tools, analyze data, & generate reports to ensure proactive detection of issues
6. Work on documentation and knowledge sharing: contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), & knowledge base articles
