About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, networking equipment, and software applications.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
3. Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
4. Monitor and maintain server performance, backups, and security protocols.
5. Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 1+ years of experience in hardware and networking engineering.

3. Proven experience in sales, quotation preparation, and SOW drafting.

4. Strong understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.

5. Proficiency in managing servers, backups, and security systems.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
