1. Must be a college-going student
2. Knowledge of how the internet works
3. Should be aware of OSI models and functions
4. Basic system-level troubleshooting
5. Basic knowledge of routing and switching
6. Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
7. CCNA training should have been completed
8. Basic network skills are mandatory
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Skills to identify the issue and work towards fixing it
11. Strong communication skills
12. Keen sense to learn and adapt to change
13. Good ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Provide 8 hours of support for 6 days a week.
