About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving network issues for clients
2. Supporting the implementation and maintenance of network security protocols
3. Collaborating with the network engineering team to optimize network performance
4. Conducting research on emerging network technologies and trends
5. Assisting in the configuration and deployment of network equipment
6. Providing technical support to customers through phone, email, chat, and onsite.
7. Contributing to the development of network support documentation and training materials
