About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Program Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, courses, and events.
- Coordinate logistics, including communication with students, parents, and partner schools.
- Supported managing schedules, registrations, and program materials.
2. Content Development:
- Contribute to creating engaging educational materials, including presentations, lesson plans, and digital content.
- Research innovative practices in entrepreneurship and 21st-century skills to incorporate into courses.
3. Data Collection and Evaluation:
- Help collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement of programs.
4. Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized records of programs, participants, and outcomes.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and creating visual materials for stakeholders.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Program Manager and other team members to ensure program success.
- Provide creative input and suggest improvements for program delivery.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per project).
