About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research/review literature and health benefits of required food items
2. Go through research papers thoroughly, use Google Scholar and available journals to find relevant research
3. Properly cite claims and references for various health claims
4. Provide other nutrition advise as needed
