About the internship
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented marketing intern to join our team and assist with a variety of offline marketing initiatives. As an intern, you will support day-to-day marketing tasks, lead generation, vendor and agency coordination, as well as help execute and monitor offline marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in offline marketing strategies and make a direct impact on our campaigns and initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Day-to-day Marketing Support: Assist with routine marketing tasks such as maintaining and updating marketing databases, tracking campaign performance, and handling administrative duties related to offline marketing efforts.
2. Offline Marketing Activities: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of offline marketing initiatives, including Below the Line (BTL) and Above the Line (ATL)
campaigns.
3. Lead Generation: Assist in researching and identifying potential leads, compiling and maintaining contact lists, and supporting the lead nurturing process. Help
execute lead generation campaigns aimed at driving sales and customer
acquisition through offline channels.
4. Vendor & Agency Coordination: Research and identify potential vendors or agencies to collaborate with for various marketing campaigns. Assist in evaluating proposals, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth collaboration for successful project execution.
5. Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance of offline marketing campaigns and lead generation activities. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights for optimization, and help prepare reports to analyze campaign effectiveness.

Other requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or completed a degree in Marketing.
2. Strong interest in offline marketing strategies, with a desire to learn and grow
in the marketing field.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in working with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
5. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
7. Basic understanding of marketing concepts, with an eagerness to learn more about offline marketing techniques and strategies.
