At Xane AI, we are building chatbots that continuously engage with customers and employees to gather feedback about their experience at specific milestones. The interaction starts at the time of their joining or after a purchase, and over time, adapts and interacts with them during their employment to gauge their sentiment. We are aiming to revolutionize the way feedback is gathered, by doing away with mundane form-based surveys and moving towards a more natural way of interaction through engaging conversations. Over time, we've seen that the response rate of conversations is 17x better than that of traditional surveys. The best part of it all? It is triggered automatically and analytics are reported in real-time, helping companies make quick, data-driven decisions.
