2. Identify and approach various talent houses (national, international, and local/regional) to introduce Tring and its concept, resulting in onboarding their talent roster
3. Meet the growth targets set with the current celebrity onboarding team
4. Guide and manage interns of the celebrity onboarding team
5. Conduct commercial discussions and negotiate with celebrities regarding brand-related inquiries
Skills & Requirements:
1. Must have graduated
2. Experience in driving high-value celebrity engagement
3. Proficiency in Tamil/Malayalam (mandatory)
