Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 18th Sep'23 and 23rd Oct'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
* Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
Key things to remember:
1. You will have to make calls every day from 10:00 AM – 7 PM. However, the total hours consumed would be about 4-5 hours only.
2. Total number of calls to be done: 60-70 calls including follow-up calls. Average speed comes to about 15-20 calls/hour with each call duration about 5 minutes. So the calls can be easily completed with follow-up calls as well within 4-5 hours. For calls not picked, there are at least 3 follow-ups required with some time gap on the same day.
3. Working - 6 days a week with one week off as mutually agreed with the company.
4. You should be fluent in Tamil. In addition, you should be fluent in English or Hindi.
5. We will have a training of 5 days in the beginning to train you on calling, follow-ups, and submission of reports to the company. Training will be conducted online
7. People successful in the training will be given an offer letter.
8. You will have to complete at least one month after joining to receive your stipend.
9. You will be provided with reimbursement for a new SIM Card that you can use for calling.
10. An Android phone is a must.
11. Basis of stipend: minimum 5000 INR/month (for 4-5 hours every day) OR 10000 INR/month (for 8-9 hours every day) depending on how much time you can take out.
