About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing online postings on property and PG websites, maintaining a social media presence.
2. Generating leads through online postings, identifying relevant websites, and managing Facebook group postings.
3. Conducting lead calls, coordinating site visits for PG client closures, and maintaining WhatsApp groups and Excel sheets for collections and occupancy.
4. Coordinating with vendors and managing payment cycles for civil setup work.
