Online Reputation Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor and manage communications on the social media profiles of brands, ensuring timely and professional responses to messages, comments, and inquiries
2. Initiate and handle phone conversations with leads to understand their needs, answer their questions, and guide them through our services, aiming to convert them into sales-ready leads
3. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies for online reputation management, including response templates and engagement tactics
4. Track and report on social media engagement metrics and lead conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
5. Stay current with the latest social media trends and online customer engagement to suggest innovative ideas for enhancing brand reputation and lead generation
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy, focusing on continuous improvement in customer engagement and satisfaction
