(Operation Executive)/ IT Support & Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Product demo: Demonstrating the features and functionalities of the Sales CRM system to the clients, answering their queries, and explaining how it can help meet their business needs.
2. Lead collection activities: Assisting with lead collection activities to help the sales team reach their targets.
3. Client servicing: Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients to help them optimize the use of the CRM platform.
4. Monitoring performance metrics: Keeping track of key performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, to measure the success of client relationships.
5. Problem resolution: Resolving any issues that clients may encounter with the CRM platform in a timely and professional manner.
