Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated operational assistants to support our operations manager in the smooth operation of our escape room. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering engaging experiences. You will assist with various tasks, monitor games, explain concepts to players, and help ensure seamless operations from start to finish. Internship with possibility of conversion to job.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support Operations: Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including game setup, maintenance, and execution.
2. Game Monitoring: Monitor players via live video feed during games to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
3. Customer Interaction: Greet customers, explain game stories and concepts, and provide guidance throughout the experience.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
5. Assist in Bookings: Help manage bookings and customer inquiries as needed, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
Requirements:
1. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team, supporting others and contributing to a positive work environment.
2. Customer Handling: Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional experience.
3. Communication: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
4. Operational Support: Basic understanding of operations and the ability to assist in the smooth functioning of the escape room.
Note: Start date : 25th September 2024
