Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an operations and customer support specialist in the electronic vehicle charging segment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our EV charging systems and providing exceptional customer support.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor and maintain electronic vehicle charging infrastructure
2. Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
3. Coordinate with the technical team for installations, repairs, and maintenance
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
5. Maintain accurate records of operations and customer interactions
6. Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures

1. Strong technical background in electronics or electric vehicles.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
6. A bachelors degree in any stream or related field.
Note: The working hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
