About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Order processing & fulfillment: Assist in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and shipment tracking.
2. Inventory management: Support inventory control processes, including receiving, organizing, and maintaining stock levels, and assisting with periodic stock counts.
3. Customer servicing: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
4. Data entry & management: Maintain accurate records and data in various systems, including sales, inventory, and customer information.
5. Administrative assisstance: Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including filing, documentation, and communication.
6. Collaboration & learning: Work collaboratively with other teams, and be eager to learn about various aspects of fashion brand operations.
