Operations Executive Internship

As an account manager intern at ANK Legal Sahara OPC Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing company compliance and driving business growth. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Stay updated on industry developments, company law, Income Tax, and other commercial law.
2. Preparation & filing of various RoC E-forms as per The Companies Act, 2013.
3. Coordination with clients to complete company compliances and support in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
4. Preparation, registration, and filing of all eventual compliances like GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, etc.
5. Assisting chartered accountants to complete audits on time.
