1. Coordinate with the administrative job, like land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting of experimental feed crops
2. Plan and supervise the planting, cultivating, harvesting, and storing of field and garden crops on large and complex institutional farms
3. Make reports on time of equipment, materials, and production list and prepares estimates of needs on the farm before time & submit to the manager
4. Assist on farming and harvesting operations on the field with local farmers
5. Assist in land preparation, irrigation, fertilization, pest, and disease management
6. Organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops, and agricultural products

1. Should have multi-tasking skills, ability to work well with others, good organizational skills, strong leadership and motivational skills to converse & convene with local farmers in the region, and should be detail-oriented
2. Should be passionate about agricultural activities such as cropping, pest and disease control, crop maintenance, production, cultivating, and harvesting skills, as per season
3. Should have the knowledge & management of seed production, farming equipment & livestock
4. Should have history or family background in agricultural or farming
