2. Communication: Communication routes identification, concept development and testing, developing communication, key visual development, adaptation to POSM and other brand assets
3. Packaging Design: Category and competition landscaping, consumer understanding, design development and fine tuning with agency partners
4. New Product Development: Evaluating various opportunity spaces through primary and secondary research, category trends, market visits, trade interactions and identifying size of prize, right to win and building business case
5. International Markets: Create opportunity for evaluation for expanding the business in international geographies
Requirements:
1. Technical skills: Good analytical skills, proficient in Excel, Power Point, dashboards, etc.
2. Functional skills: Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and consumer understanding
3. Behavioural Skills: Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, cross functional collaboration, stakeholder coordination
