1. Take ownership of queries and proactively follow up for resolution
2. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team, and departmental objectives
3. Handle complete onboarding process of freelancer, follow-ups, and handover
4. Work on training, FMS & LMS activation, and bank document verification for payment and follow-ups
5. Work on internal team coordination like SMEs and cross-vertical departments for updates related to candidates' status, tasks, and payment
6. Work on reactivation & exit formalities of freelancers
7. Work on training, learning, and implementation of new improvements and process
8. Give product training (FMS and LMS) to freelancers
9. Draft MIS reports
10. Share knowledge and skills as appropriate
