About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repayment options, and offering guidance on resolving outstanding debts
2. Data Management: Document and update information related to loan accounts, including communication logs and payment arrangements
3. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, account statuses, and progress toward collection targets
4. Call Monitoring: Listen to and evaluate sales calls to ensure adherence to company standards and scripts
5. Quality Assessment: Assess the quality of interactions based on predefined criteria, such as customer engagement, compliance, and professionalism
6. Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback to sales representatives and managers, highlighting areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement
