About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting independent research on venues, juries, trophies, and other logistical requirements and executing the same
2. Coordinating with the event management team, understanding the venue and managing logistics
3. Assembling and coordinating the flea market
4. Collaborating with staff on new ideas for the festival's appearance
5. Troubleshooting and problem-solving during the event
