About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Doing effective lobby management i.e. being responsible for to attending walk-in clients at branches
2. Extending courteous support to all walk-in customers and educating them about the products & services the company offers
3. Accepting & appraising gold jewelers as per company norms
4. Ensuring proper KYC verification & valuation
5. Ensuring appraisal availability of cash position at the branch/bank and informing the requirements of the manager
6. Doing verification of daily cash balance
7. Doing effective handling of software i.e. CBS/CRM and ensuring all KYC entries in the same
8. Ensuring the following of all procedures & policies as laid down by the organization
9. Being responsible for the completion of all accounts-related works in the branch
10. Doing maintenance of important formats & documents like gold purchase/vault/key movement/safe custody
11. Safeguarding cash, gold, and other valuables in the branch
12. Winning back old customers and ensuring that the customer portfolio of the branch is maintained and enhanced
