Operations Internship

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Operations Intern to join our team. This position combines proactive sales efforts with customer service excellence, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from first contact to post-sale support.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to convert leads into customers.
- Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to prospective clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate customer information and progress updates.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Sales mindset
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a related role. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
