About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Inventory management to ensure up-to-date stock keeping.
2. Order fulfilment covering order scheduling, packing, and dispatch to ensure seamless deliveries. Also, handle order returns, cancellations and related operational challenges.
3. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and shipping related issues.
4. Quality assurance of products to ensure adherence with product specifications.
5. Work with e-commerce marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to troubleshoot and manage issues related to orders, inventory, and accounts.
6. Customer relationship management with timely replies to their queries.
7. Market researches for new product development.
8. Taking on "anything and everything" that arises in the dynamic startup environment no two days are the same!
