About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking
2. Implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding students and tutors, and minimizing churn
3. Overseeing the complete life cycle of the customer engagement
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints
5. Participating at key sales meetings
6. Developing and managing customer portfolios
7. Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
8. Shortlisting parents for upselling to next course
9. Adding the parents to the upselling sheet for the Business development team
10. Taking ownership of the payment pipeline
11. Sending out reminders to the customers along with payment links

We are an online tutoring service for school students to teach them technologies like web development, scratch, and data science. Started by two passionate and visionary IIT graduates, with the vision to make every kid in the world be problem solvers, creative leaders, and innovators for the future. We aim to channel and give purpose to inquisitive and creative young minds by helping them discover and understand technology most organically while also being active contributors to developing technology than just being passive consumers. We offer coding courses to kids from classes 1st-class 10th. Each module has a tangible project and the child is always actively building rather than passively learning. We want every kid in the world to code!
