We are looking for an administration executive to support our team. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, taking minutes, etc., and handle other organizational tasks.
1. Communicating with clients: collecting feedback, sending paperwork, collecting inputs, scheduling appointments, etc.
2. Sending emails, drafting letters & documents, working on presentations, and collecting & analyzing information
3. Maintaining the appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
4. Maintaining the customer's confidence and protecting operations by keeping the information confidential
5. Completing the closures by sending and collecting paperwork and following up with clients
6. Preparing reports and maintaining Excel sheets by collecting and analyzing the data
7. Working on securing the information by completing database backups
8. Contributing to the team's efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
