About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to clients to drive the product usage and adoption
2. Hande customer queries on calls and chats
3. Understand customer concerns and challenges, collect feedback and escalate the issues to the management
4. Maintain a good rapport with every customer
5. Maintain a database and documentation of the interaction with the customers and update it
