About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Daily Hub Visit: Conduct regular visits to our hubs to oversee operations and address any issues that may arise
2.Daily Rangers Confirmation and Planning: Coordinate with rangers (drivers) on a daily basis, confirming schedules and ensuring effective planning for operational tasks
3. Driver Follow-Up: Maintain communication with drivers to track and manage operations efficiently
4. Client Escalation Follow-Up: Address and follow up on client escalations promptly, ensuring a swift resolution and maintaining positive client relations
5. MIS Maintenance and Report Generation: Upkeep the management information systems (MIS) and generate comprehensive reports to track and analyze operational performance
