About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with the club manager and make sure that members get the best customer service
2. Provide front desk coverage during business hours
3. Greet and check in members and guests
4. Track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send confirmation emails
5. Make sure tickets/issues raised are resolved on time and
6. Update the CRM post-visit
7. Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running smoothly
8. Supervise and delegate tasks to the housekeeping staff

Skills Required:

1. Should be well spoken
2. Must be fluent in English and Hindi
3. Should have experience with hotels or hospitality in general or have handled customer service issues and managed operations (including maintenance, cleanliness, and efficiency)
