About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily operations
2. Data entry
3. Visiting our clients
4. Responding to inbound queries
5. Obtaining customer feedback
6. Managing customer's day-to-day shipping needs
7. Tracking and tracing shipments
8. Providing solutions to customers and carriers with any problems that may arise
9. Design and set up processes to improve the overall efficiency of the team
10. Collaborate with the technical team to set up or configure Intugine's software platform as per customers' requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
11. Research and analysis of Intugine's new products and design a process for their implementation
12. Conduct demos and training sessions for the customers
13. Conduct frequent checks to ensure system robustness
