Operations Internship

Internship Responsibilities: Operations Team
1)Assist with verifying and confirming puja bookings.
2)Coordinate with customers for additional booking details (dates, timings, rituals).
3)Help assign pandits and ensure they have all necessary details.
4)Update the booking calendar and assist with rescheduling or cancellations.
5)Support logistics for delivering puja materials to customers.
6)Collect and document customer feedback post-puja.
7)Maintain booking and payment records in internal systems.
8)Prepare basic daily or weekly reports on bookings and feedback.
9)Assist in planning and executing larger events or community pujas.
10)Learn the end-to-end operations process and suggest improvements.
