About the internship
RSM is a Global Online Music Institute that aims to redefine online music teaching and learning. We provide music sessions by professional faculties, specializing in performance and music theory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations of the music school, including scheduling, faculties management, and administrative support.
2. Overseas student enrollment, registration, and records management.
3. Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure classes and events run smoothly.
4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
5. Manage the school's budget, including tracking expenses and revenues.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Address and resolve any operational issues that arise.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the school and its programs.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or arts-related setting.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Passion for music and music education is a plus.
