About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Be the first point of contact for customers for delivery excellence and be available to answer any in-bound questions or calls
2. Be instrumental in developing customer relationship that help teams improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn
3. Maintain excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure customer delight and retention
4. Be at the forefront of the delivery cycle, i.e. managing client expectations, driving product usage and fostering adoption
5. Focus on program management, which includes on-time content uploads and releases and user management
