About the internship

As a Partner and Product Operations Intern, you would be required to continuously focus on improving operational efficiency and readiness. This would include managing and scaling operations for existing products along with designing operational programs for new initiatives. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work across product, engineering, developer relations, support, and other teams to
2. focus on Truecaller's relationships with their partners
3. Solve operational challenges and then execute those solutions efficiently
4. Work closely with Product and Partner Success teams to focus on operational
5. excellence, product requirements gathering, monitoring the efficiency of new product
6. and feature launches, and measuring customer and business impact on new releases Continuously monitor & identify key market trends and insights on competitive
7. products in order to support prioritisation, decision making and execution of ideas
