Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing day-to-day assigned operations tasks for smooth delivery
2. Supporting the team cross-functionally to complete assigned tasks and goals
3. Updating CRM database and coordinating on sending out campaigns and emails
4. Working with the management team to develop and implement operational initiatives
5. Updating and maintaining performance metrics
6. Conducting engagements internally and externally to enhance/aid the marketing
7. Ensuring proper coordination with the team members
8. Participating in weekly review meetings with various teams
9. Working with reporting managers, business heads, and internal teams to achieve tasks and goals

Requirements:

1. BTech/B.E or any equalent graduate degree
2. Good conceptual knowledge of operations
3. Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and process
4. Confident and time management capability
5. Hardworking and goal-oriented with a high level of creativity, flexibility, and commitment
6. Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. MS office is an added advantage
