About the internship

Operations Intern s day to day responsibilities:

1. Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and students to ensure proper course execution
2. Develop, implement, and maintain a proper process for queries and doubts
3. Track the data of the students
4. Execute queries on call and Discord
5. Handle the proper onboarding of the students to our learning portal
6. Maintain and moderate WhatsApp group and Discord server
7. Coordinate with the team and convey important announcements and messages from time to time
