Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor and evaluate SLAs, review processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and establish and execute action plans
2. Ensure revenues are billed through the system for the plant
3. Ensure inventory accuracy for all blocks
4. Work on the planning and execution of resources as per the customer production plan
5. Supervise and monitor the performance and discipline of employees to ensure standard practices are followed
6. Work on productivity improvement as per KRA targets
7. Work on profitability improvement as per targets
8. Work on capability building for managers
9. Manage and lead the team concerning specific customer requirements
10. Coordinate with customers for both operational and improvement requirements
11. Ensure adherence to SOPs and WI as per standards
12. Encourage the team to build up innovative ideas and imbibe the culture in every team member
13. Ensure conservation of natural resources
14. Ensure compliance with applicable legal and other requirements related to EHS
15. Ensure to implement new processes and policies circulated from HO
