Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing purchase order formats to be released to vendors
2. Sourcing quotations from multiple vendors and applying SysCloud s vendor
3. Working on selection criteria to achieve the best fit vendor
4. Tracking present & upcoming contracts and their renewals on a continuous basis
5. Providing periodic reports on inventory, purchases, software services tracking, and other key parameters
6. Following the procurement/vendor management/inventory management processes of SysCloud
7. Executing companywide purchase requests within committed SLAs and process steps
8. Trouble-shooting on any issues, concerns, bottlenecks, etc. through the procurement process flow
9. Handling the email queries received within a given TAT
10. Working on related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your supervisors from time to time
