About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with event organisers to manage event delivery.
2. Develop final accommodation plans for participants.
3. Develop final event logistics plans to support project plans.
4. Develop final immigration processes and protocols for participants.
5. Develop final registration processes and protocols for events.
6. Develop final transportation and parking plans for events.
7. Ensure events follow local security, workplace safety and health regulations.
8. Lead negotiation with vendors to secure service contracts within the event budget.

Requirements:

1. Basis skills of designing.
