Operations Internship

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle booking, reissuing, and canceling air tickets and hotel reservations while ensuring high-quality service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Ticketing Operations:
a. Book, reissue, and cancel air tickets for domestic and international travel.
b. Ensure compliance with airline policies and fare rules.
2. Hotel Bookings:
a. Manage hotel reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
b. Liaise with hotels to confirm special requests and resolve issues.
3. Customer Support:
a. Address client inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel policies.
b. Provide timely updates on booking status and resolve operational challenges.
4. Coordination and Documentation:
a. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client communications.
b. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers as needed.
5. Problem Solving:
a. Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and reissues efficiently.
b. Ensure minimal disruption to client travel plans.


Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience in the travel industry, especially in ticketing and reservations, is preferred.
2. Proficiency in GDS platforms like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre is a plus.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. A willingness to learn and grow within the role, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
6. Knowledge of corporate travel policies is a plus.
