Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle data entry, filing, spreadsheet management
2. Attend meetings and concerts with operations department
3. Assist in concert duty (exact concerts depending on schedule)
4. Conduct independent research on venues, guest artists, etc. as directed
5. Update database for venue contacts and fee engagements
6. Track and manage the receipt of guest artist contracts
7. Create maps for transportation information sheets, parking passes
8. Manage mailings, audition database
9. Enter expenses in the budget spreadsheet
10. Organize and maintain a database of clear cut recordings
11. Research rental options for instruments/objects needed for concerts (i.e. basset horns, cannons)
12. Work with production staff to create an inventory of items in storage
13. Assist with guest artist logistics, including airport greeting, hotel and symphony hall
