Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse products, solutions and features and drive a continuous business/field and/or client impact analysis
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and create detailed internal and client-facing change management readiness plans that will drive adoption (training & communication strategy)
3. Analyse metrics to continually improve company products
4. Create and maintain visualizations for product performance data interpretation and analyse integrated reporting components from multiple data sources
5. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
6. work with each product manager to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the direction in each of those areas
7. Demonstrate good documentation practices being able to meet deadlines
8. Help product managers with the product release process and assist them

Agrim Wholesale Private Limited is a B2B commerce marketplace for agricultural inputs connecting manufacturers directly with retailers. We are currently onboarding branded seed producers/manufacturers (500+) to service our retail customers (currently 80,000+). We have already onboarded a few brands and are in active discussions with some manufacturers across India.
