Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling operational tasks in the specialization programs at Internshala
2. Working closely with different stakeholders (end users, product team, SMEs, and business team) to deliver a seamless learning experience for students in the specialization program
3. Continuously monitoring specialization courses for feedback and suggestions by leveraging various channels-emails, forums, doubt-clearing sessions, weekly stand-ups, etc. with an aim to troubleshoot any technical or content-based issues that may occur in the specializations
4. Creating and maintaining a study plan for students in the programs and making sure that the students are sticking to this plan and not lagging
5. Managing day-to-day support for enrolled students
6. Suggesting improvements needed in different operations
7. Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures
8. Overlooking the daily functions of the business

Please note that for outstation candidates, we provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and also reimbursement of AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
