Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings in the healthcare domain.
2. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers across the globe.
3. Update and maintain candidate database using MS Excel & ATS.
4. Write engaging job descriptions and post them on job boards and social media platforms.
5. Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
6. Research recruitment trends and best practices.
