Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling kitchen operations
2. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
3. Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
4. Reviewing product quality and make sure that it is made as per recipes
5. Organizing and supervising shifts
6. Appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity
7. Estimating future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
8. Managing the restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
9. Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to cut waste
10. Training new and current employees on proper customer service practices & SOPs
11. Ensuring compliance in the kitchen
