1. Create and Manage Quotations, Proforma Invoices, and payment follow-ups using MS Excel to track and maintain Business workflow.
2. Support the operations team in streamlining processes and workflows.
3. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
4. Compile reports and presentations using MS Office.
5. Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of orders.
6. Contribute innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
7. Take on ad-hoc projects as needed to support the overall success of our enterprise.
