Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage our vendors
2. Stakeholder management
3. Lead multiple projects or workstreams within the direct channel and own all operational metrics associated with the project
4. Implement new initiatives to improve the performance on the operational metrics- and deliver revenue impact
5. Drive adoption and impact of the initiatives by working in close coordination with the head of the operations on the ground
6. Work with the product and technology teams to institutionalize the initiatives and create a sustainable impact
7. Execute and deliver our channel's annual operating plan and drive revenue impacting initiatives
8. Prepare dashboards and Google sheets
