About the Team

Program team picks up cross functional projects that have business impact right from defining the problem statement to executing solutions. We aim to solve a problem by building new systems, products, approaches, whatever it takes!
Being a central team, our role is pivotal in enabling our City Teams with strategic and operational inputs for a smooth functioning.

Expectation from the Intern:
Proactive: A self starter who exhibits ownership of work streams and outcomes
Comfortable with ambiguity: Not everything will be defined, accessible
Bias for action and willingness to hustle
Analytical, first principles thinker

What we are looking for:
Preferably worked in high-growth or early-stage startups
Demonstrated history of working in cross-functional roles with multiple stakeholders
MS Office, Google Suite Proficiency
Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
Available for 2 months in office (Gurgaon- Unitech Cyber Park).
